Tri-State Off Road Park *The Track* 1. The deep mud bog is 200ft long and 30ft wide. 2. The track is equipped with Porta-tree timing system with a Christmas tree. 3. Sheriff deputies on site for security. 4. Concessions on site. 5. We have permanent bathrooms.          *Pit Side and Spectator Side Parking* You can buy a reserved parking spot for $75.00 per year. This spot will be good until Dec. 31, 2011. The spot will be 10 ft wide and the length of your vehicle. The driver will make his own sign and secure it to the fence. The sign must be a 1 x 12 shelving board or equivalent. The sign should say: Reserved for "Your Name". Rules 1. No drinking (alcoholic beverages) by any driver until after you have raced and you are done racing for the night. This will be strictly enforced by our deputies. 2. A 2lb fire extinguisher is required in ALL vehicles and in good working condition. 3. All vehicles must have front and rear tow hooks. We WILL NOT hook to a trailer ball. Take the ball out and put a clevis in its place. "BE SAFE!" 4. All vehicles must have operating brakes on at least 2 wheels, but need them on all 4 wheels. 5. No Nitrous in any class except OPEN class. 6. ALL open top vehicles must have a roll cage and wear a helmet. 7. A minimum of 2 drive shaft loops per drive shaft. This is a safety precaution. 8. Headers must exit straight up through the hood or down to the ground and back, not out the side. 9. All batteries must be fastened securely. 10. Fuel cells and fuel tanks must be fastened securely. 11. A truck may register in the same class 2 times maximum. Thats 4 runs with 2 different drivers. However, it can only place 1 time for position. 12. There is a 5 mph speed limit at the track at all times (Fast Track and Bog Hole). Speeding down the sides will result in being disqualified. 13. All trucks must have seat belts or 4 point harness. Driver and all occupants must wear them while racing, if not you will be automatically disqualified. 14.All drivers have 2 minutes to be in position after the announcer has call your name. Its your responsibility to ensure that you can hear the announcer and be ready when your class is called. 15.$100.00 to protest someone. Only a DRIVER that is racing in the same class can protest another driver. If the protest is legal you lose the $100.00. Be sure BEFORE you protest. 16. Loose articles falling from vehicles while racing will be disqualified except fixed mechanical parts that can not be anticipated. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Please check the bed of your truck to make sure someone didn't throw a can or anything else in it. 17. Front hub will be used as a measuring part. 18. No spinning down. The drivers in your class will be the judge and decide if you are to be disqualified. 19. Officials decision is Final. 20.All rules are made to provide equal and fair representation for all drivers. We know we will not please everyone, thats why we have our yearly drivers meeting to let the drivers vote on our rules. 21. DOT tires ONLY. ________________________________________________________      Street Legal 1.Tag and insurance up to date. 2.Must be legal to drive. 3.Must have full exhaust with muffler. 4.Can not be gutted --- fenders may be cut for larger tires. 5.No racing seat. 6.No fuel cell. 7.Any DOT tires. No fiber racing wheels. No screw in studs. 8.Ford/ Ford Motor--Chevy/ Chevy Motor, etc. 9.Same size tires on front and rear. 10.Must have seat belts and use them. 11.Gasoline only. 12. Body can be gutted & motor can be set back. 4. Must have a 2lb. Fire extinguisher in vehicle. 5. Must have front and rear hook-up for pull out. No trailer ball. 6. No part of factory frame can be box tubing. If box tubing is used this vehicle will run OPEN class only. 7.
